ORDER Re: 20 Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge; Denying 13 Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment; and Granting 16 Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. Based on the foregoing stated herein, the Court con cludes that the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security is supported by substantial evidence and comports with applicable law. Accordingly, the Court grants Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment and denies Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment, and Affirms the decision of the Commissioner. Signed by Judge Michael M.
