ORDER granting 14 Motion to Consolidate Cases and Dismissing Action in Favor of Binding Arbitration. The following actions shall be consolidated: 09cv2516-H(WMC), 09cv2821-JLS(WVG), 09cv2819-DMS(CAB), 09cv2907-W(WMC) and 09cv2908-W-(JMA). Plaintiff s and United shall submit all matters to binding arbitration before Judge H. Lee Sarokin (Ret). Plaintiffs shall bear 50% of the arbitration fees and United shall bear 50% of the arbitration fees. Prevailing party or parties shall be entitl ed to recover their portion of the arbitration ess. Consolidated action shall be dismissed w/o prejudice, w/ Court retaining jurisdcition to vacate the dismissal upon showing of good cause to hear a petition to confirm or vacate the arbitrator's award.
