ORDER granting Joint Motion to Consolidate Cases and Dismiss in Favor of Binding Arbitration. The following cases shall be consolidated: 09cv2516-H(WMC), 09cv2514-IEG(WMC), 09cv2821-JLS(WVG), 09cv2819-DMS(CAB), and 09cv2907-W(WMC). Plaintiffs and Uni ted Healthcare Insurance Company shall submit all matters to bonding arbitration before Judge H. Lee Sarokin (Ret). Plaintiffs shall collectively bear 50% of the arbitration fees and United shall bear 50% of the arbitration fees. Prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover their portion of the arbitration fees; Consolidated action shall be dismissed w/o prejudice, w/ Court retaining jurisdiction to vacate the dismissal upon showing of good cause to hear a petition to confirm or vacate the arbitrator's award..
