ORDER granting in part and denying in part 29 Motion to Compel to Produce Documents. City of Carlsbad (City) is ordered to disclose the full conclusion section of the internal affairs report to Plaintiffs by 2/22/2011. The City is ordered to disclo se any records in its possession concerning the alleged excessive force by Officer Meritt or bearing on his credibility or truthfulness by 2/22/2011. Defendants shall provide by 2/24/2011, Plaintiff w/ log identifying each document responsive to Plai ntiff's Request for Production Nos. 2 and 3, except those the Court already ordered produce. Parties shall meet and confer regarding the log by 3/3/2011. If parties are unable to fully resolve their dispute, they shall concurrently file a brief regarding discoverability of the remaining documents by 3/11/2011.
