ORDER: (1) granting 14 15 Joint Motion to Approve Consent Judgment; (2) Entering Consent Judgment: NWS shall pay David Dixon $45,000.00 in back wages less regular payroll deductions to settle this case. The Secretary and NWS shall each bear their own costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees.
