On January 29, 2014, Magistrate Judge Karen S. Crawford 17 issued a Report and Recommendation (“R&R”) recommending that the Court deny the petition. On 18 May 12, 2014, Petitioner filed objections to the R&R. 19 This Court, having reviewed de novo the Magistrate Judge’s R&R and the Petitioner’s 20 objections thereto, adopts the Magistrate Judge’s recommendation in full and denies the petition for 21 writ of habeas corpus.
