Having read and considered the Joint Motion and Stipulation for Dismissal of all Claims and for
good cause showing, the motion is granted as follows:
1) The action and all claims is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the Federal
Rules of Civil Procedure;

2) Each party will bear its own costs;

3) The Court will retain jurisdiction for a period of three (3) years from the entry of judgment to

enforce the Settlement Agreement.
