PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Law Offices of Ronald A. Marron, APLC hereby moves, ex

parte, to withdraw Margarita Salazar as counsel of record for Plaintiffs and the Certified Class. Ms.

Salazar is no longer employed by Mr. Marron’s firm, effective December 16, 2011. Ms. Salazar’s

4

withdrawal will not cause any delay in the prosecution of this action nor prejudice any party because

5

the Law Offices of Ronald A. Marron, APLC, through Ronald A. Marron as lead attorney, Maggie K.

6

Realin and Skye Resendes, and co-counsel at The Weston Firm continue to represent the Plaintiffs

and the Certified Class.
