On May 25, 2012, Plaintiffs filed an application to file under seal. (Doc. No. 116.)
15 Specifically, Plaintiffs seek to file under seal the following documents:

(1)
Unredacted version of memorandum of points and authorities in support of
Plaintiffs’ motion for final approval of class action settlement;
(2)
Unredacted version of memorandum of points and authorities in support of
Plaintiffs’ motion for approval of attorney’s fees, costs, and incentive awards.

19 Plaintiffs seek to seal these documents pursuant to the terms of the Court’s protective order.
20 (Doc. No. 32.)

After reviewing the documents in question, the Court concludes that good cause exists
22 to seal the documents. Accordingly, the Court grants Plaintiffs’ request to file the documents
23 under seal without prejudice to the Court modifying this order at a later time.
