On August 31, 2012, counsel for Plaintiffs and the Certified Class filed a motion to

18 withdraw the appearance of Maggie Realin in this matter. (Doc. No. 137.) Ms. Realin is no
19 longer employed by Mr. Marron’s firm, effective September 1, 2012. For good cause shown,
20 the Court grants the motion and orders that Maggie Realin is no longer counsel of record for
21 Plaintiffs and the Certified Class. Plaintiffs and the Certified Class remain represented by
22 counsel at the Law Offices of Ronald A. Marron, APLC and The Weston Firm.
23 IT IS SO ORDERED.
