On October 11, 2012, Plaintiffs Athena Hohenberg and Laura Rude-Barbato filed a

motion for an order imposing an appeal bond on objectors Michael Hale, Courtney Drey and
21
Andrea Pridham. (Doc. No. 140.) Pursuant to the Court’s discretion under Local Civil Rule
22
7.1(d)(1), the Court concludes that this matter is appropriate for resolution without oral
23
argument and therefore vacates the hearing scheduled for November 13, 2012.
