On November 5, 2012, Objectors Courtney Drey and Andrea Pridham filed a motion

to vacate the Court’s final approval of class settlement and for an indicative ruling under

20

Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 62.1. (Doc. No. 145.) Pursuant to the Court’s discretion

21

under Local Civil Rule 7.1(d)(1), the Court concludes that this matter is appropriate for

22

resolution without oral argument and therefore vacates the hearing scheduled for December

23

3, 2012.
