Pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to file under seal exhibits attached
21 to the Declaration of Michael E. Lindsey in Support of Opposition to Motion for
22 Summary Judgment (the “Lindsey Declaration”). The basis for the motion is that the
23 documents were designated confidential by Defendant U.S. Bank pursuant to the
24 Protective Order entered by Magistrate Judge Major on February 8, 2011. (See Order
25 [Doc. 97.) The motion is unopposed.
