NO. 266] 18 On May 26, 2016, this Court issued a Second Amended Case Management 19 Conference Order. (Doc. No. 209.) On July 25, 2016, the parties filed a Joint Motion to 20 Continue Pretrial Disclosures and Proceedings Until Resolution of Pending Motions. 21 22 (Doc. No. 266.) 23 In their Joint Motion, the parties state that the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel, United 24 States District Judge, held a hearing on July 22, 2016, on Defendant’s Motions for 25 Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 180) and Decertification (Doc. No. 192), and the parties’ 26 five motions to exclude evidence and testimony related to expert witnesses (Doc. Nos. 27 28 181, 184, 187, 188, 189). The parties request that the Court vacate the remaining dates 1 13CV2519 1 and deadlines in the Second Amended Scheduling Order until all of their pending motions 2 have been resolved. 3 For good cause shown, the Court hereby GRANTS the parties’ Joint Motion. All 4 5 of the dates in the Second Amended Scheduling Order are VACATED.
