After consideration of the parties’ joint motion for an extension of time for
18 Defendant Google, Inc. (“Defendant”) to file an answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff
19 Hanginout, Inc.’s (“Plaintiff”) first amended complaint, the Court hereby GRANTS the
20 motion. (Doc. No. 20.) Accordingly, Defendant has until February 28, 2014 to file an
21 answer or otherwise contact the Court’s law clerk to calendar a hearing date for a
22 12(b)(6) motion.
