After consideration of the parties’ joint motion to modify the briefing and hearing
16 schedule on Plaintiff Hanginout, Inc.’s (“Plaintiff”) motion for preliminary injunction,
17 the Court hereby GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART the motion. (Doc. No. 25.)
18 The motion hearing is rescheduled from March 27, 2014 at 2:00 PM to April 25, 2014
19 at 2:00 PM, which is date currently set for Defendant Google, Inc.’s (“Defendant”)
20 motion to dismiss. The briefing schedule on Plaintiff’s motion for preliminary injunction
21 is also adjusted to conform to Defendant’s motion to dismiss. (Doc. No. 24.) Accord22 ingly, Defendant must file its opposition to Plaintiff’s motion for preliminary injunction
23 no later than March 21, 2014 and Plaintiff must file its reply no later than April 4, 2014.
25 IT IS SO ORDERED.
