WHEREAS, Hanginout, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) filed its Complaint on November 26,
2 2013 (“Complaint”);
3
WHEREAS, Google Inc. (“Defendant”) filed its Motion to Dismiss the
4 Complaint on January 13, 2014;
5
WHEREAS, Plaintiff filed its Motion for Preliminary Injunction on January
6 22, 2014;
7
WHEREAS, Plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint on January 28, 2014;
8
WHEREAS, the Court issued a January 29, 2014 Order Mooting Defendant’s
9 Motion to Dismiss in light of Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint;
10
WHEREAS, Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s First Amended
11 Complaint on February 28, 2014;
12
WHEREAS, the Court issued an order on May 12, 2014 denying Plaintiff’s
13 Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss and requiring
14 Defendant to file an answer to the First Amended Complaint no later than June 11,
15 2014;
16
WHEREAS, after participating in a settlement conference on June 5, 2014, the
17 parties agreed to respond to the magistrate’s settlement proposal by June 11, 2014;
18
NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES JOINTLY MOVE and respectfully
19 request that the deadline for Defendant’s answer to the First Amended Complaint be
20 extended to June 25, 2014.
