WHEREAS, Hanginout, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) filed its Complaint on November 26,

2 2013 (“Complaint”);

WHEREAS, Google Inc.’s (“Defendant”) response to the Complaint is due

4 December 23, 2013;

WHEREAS, Defendant is in the process of engaging outside counsel and needs

6 additional time to retain that counsel and respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint;

WHEREAS, Plaintiff and Defendant believe that good cause exists to extend

8 the time for Defendant to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and

10 between the undersigned parties, through their undersigned counsel, that the time for
