Presently before the Court is the Parties’ Joint Motion to Continue Status Hearing

and Briefing Date (“Joint Mot.,” ECF No. 203). The Parties represent that they are

23

exploring the possibility of resolving the case and have agreed to attend a mediation on

24

March 2, 2022; accordingly, they request a 45-day continuance of the status hearing and

25

deadline to submit a joint status hearing brief. Id. at 1.
