Good cause appearing, the Court GRANTS in 20 part Plaintiff’s motion for ex parte order continuing hearing date on Defendant’s 21 motion for preliminary injunction. The hearing set on September 30, 2016 shall be 22 rescheduled to November 4, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 2D. Plaintiff shall file 23 its opposition to the motion no later than October 7, 2016. Defendant shall file its 24 reply no later than October 21, 2016.
