They shall forthwith: a. Cease and desist any present or future use of Plaintiff’s 26 registered trademarks, including without limitation CABO WABO, or marks 27 confusingly similar thereto; 28 b. Cease and desist any present or future use of signage using 1 16-cv-02918-BTM-AGS 1 Plaintiff’s registered trademarks, including without limitation CABO WABO, or 2 marks confusingly similar thereto; 3 c.
