On April 14, 2021, Defendants, County of San Diego, William Gore, Lena Lovelace,

and Aaron Boorman (collectively, "Defendants") filed a Motion to Compel ("Motion")

discovery and to deem requests for admissions admitted pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil
