ORDER DISMISSING ACTION WITHOUT PREJUDICE FOR LACK OF SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION TANYA LEVORCHICK; and UNITED STATES EQUESTRIAN FEDERATION, INC., Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiffs, CASE NO. 17cv1322 JM(BLM) On March 8, 2018, the court issued an Order to Show Cause Why Action Should 18 Not Be Dismissed for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction (“OSC”), expressly 19 incorporated herein. (ECF 25). In response to the OSC, Plaintiffs responded that 20 discovery revealed the lack of subject matter jurisdiction for purposes of 28 U.S.C. 21 §1332(a). (ECF 26). 22 Accordingly, as Federal Courts are courts of limited jurisdiction, the court 23 dismisses the action without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 DATED: March 20, 2018 26 27 Hon.
