On December 12, 2017, Plaintiff Codie Mathison (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant
22
Equifax Information Services, LLC. (“Equifax”), filed a joint motion to dismiss this action
23
with prejudice with respect to Equifax only, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure
24
41(a), with each party to bear its own attorney’s fees and costs. (Doc. No. 24.) The Court,
25
for good cause shown, granted the motion and dismissed the action against Equifax with
26
prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorney’s fees and costs. (Doc. No. 25.)

On February 6, 2018, Plaintiff and Defendant California Coast Credit Union, Inc.,
28
filed a joint motion to dismiss the entire action with prejudice, with each party to bear its

own attorney’s fees and costs. (Doc. No. 28.) For good cause shown, the Court GRANTS
2
the joint motion. As no defendants remain in this case, the Clerk is directed to close the

case.
