ORDER granting in part and denying in part 18 and 24 Defendants' Motions to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint. Plaintiff must file a second amended complaint within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order. Failure to f ile an amended complaint will result in the dismissal of this case.
