On January 2, 2020, the Court issued an Order ruling on Defendant Ontel Products
19
Corporation’s (“Defendant”) Daubert motions and motion for summary judgment. See
20
SEALED Doc. No. 130. The Court directed the Clerk of Court to file the Order under
21
seal.1 “Unless a particular court record is one ‘traditionally kept secret,’ a ‘strong
22
presumption in favor of access is the starting point.” Kamakana v. City and Cnty. of
23
Honolulu, 447 F.3d 1172, 1178 (9th Cir. 2006) (quoting Foltz v. State Farm Mut. Auto.
24
Ins. Co., 331 F.3d 1122, 1135 (9th Cir. 2003)). The Court finds that compelling reasons
25
do not justify maintaining the entirety of the Order under seal. See Ctr. for Auto Safety v.
26
Chrysler Grp., LLC, 809 F.3d 1092 (9th Cir. 2016). Accordingly, the Court will issue a
