GORE, et al., Defendants. 14 15 (ECF No. 106) 16 17 18 Presently before the Court is Defendants Sergeant Paul Michalke, Detective 19 Benjamin Shea, and Sergeant Jesus Lizarraga’s (collectively, the “County Defendants”) Ex 20 Parte Motion to Continue Deadline for Supplemental Motion for Summary Judgment (“Ex 21 Parte Mot.,” ECF No. 106). Counsel for the County Defendants represent that good cause 22 exists for a two-week extension of their deadline to file their supplemental motion for 23 summary judgment in light of their large workload. See id. at 2. No opposition to the Ex 24 Parte Motion has been filed. 25 Good cause appearing, the Court GRANTS the Ex Parte Motion. The County 26 Defendants SHALL FILE their Supplemental Motion for Summary Judgment on or before 27 April 21, 2022.
