ORDER (1) Adopting 20 Report and Recommendation and (2) Granting 17 Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. This Court, having reviewed de novo the Magistrate Judge's Report, and Plaintiff's objections thereto, adopts the Magistrate Judge&# 039;s recommendation in full. Accordingly, Defendants' motion to dismiss is granted, and Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint is dismissed with prejudice and without further leave to amend. Signed by Judge Dana M. Plaintiff filed an opposition to the motion. Defendants did not 19 file a reply. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Civil Local Rule 72.3, the motion 20 was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge for a Report and Recommendation 21 (“Report”). 22 recommending that the Court grant Defendants’ motion. Plaintiff filed an objection to the 23 Report. Defendants did not file a reply. On June 27, 2019, Magistrate Judge Linda Lopez issued her Report, This Court, having reviewed de novo the Magistrate Judge’s Report, and Plaintiff’s 24 25 objections thereto, adopts the Magistrate Judge’s recommendation in full.
