ORDER: It is hereby Ordered that the Clerk reopen the case. It is further Ordered that the Notice of Lodgement (ECF No. 24 ) be stricken from the record. Any claims for costs shall be filed in accordance with Local Rule 54.1. On November 28, 2018 , the Court issued an Order (ECF No. 22 ) granting Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 12 ). The docket reflects that no motions to file an amended complaint have been filed within the time allowed by Local Rule 7.1. It is further Ordered that the Clerk shall close the case.
