Before the Court is the parties’ joint motion to modify the briefing and hearing

schedule (ECF No. 12). ECF No. 15. The parties have agreed to forego motions for

22

summary judgment and instead have agreed to proceed to the hearing under 8 U.S.C.

23

§ 1421(c). Id. at 2. Thus, the parties proposed an amended case management schedule. Id.

24

Upon due consideration, and good cause appearing, the Court GRANTS the motion. The

25

Court issues the following Amended Scheduling Order:

Petitioner must file his Trial Brief by May 28, 2021.

2.

Respondent must file its Trial Brief by June 25, 2021.

Petitioner must file his Reply by July 9, 2021.
