ECF No. 15. The parties have agreed to forego motions for 22 summary judgment and instead have agreed to proceed to the hearing under 8 U.S.C. 23 § 1421(c). Id. at 2. Thus, the parties proposed an amended case management schedule. Id. 24 Upon due consideration, and good cause appearing, the Court GRANTS the motion. The 25 Court issues the following Amended Scheduling Order: 26 1. Petitioner must file his Trial Brief by May 28, 2021. 27 2. Respondent must file its Trial Brief by June 25, 2021. 28 3. Petitioner must file his Reply by July 9, 2021. 1 3:20-cv-02159-BEN-AHG 1 4. Respondent must file its Reply by July 23, 2021. 2 5. A hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1421(c) will be held on August 30, 2021 at 3 4 10:30 a.m. before the Honorable Roger T. Benitez. 6. The hearing on the Petitioner’s Motion for Summary Judgment and 5 Respondent’s Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment, scheduled for July 12, 2021 at 6 10:30 a.m. before the Honorable Roger T. The dates and times set forth herein will not be modified except for good cause shown. 9. Briefs or memoranda in support of or in opposition to any pending motion 12 shall not exceed twenty-five (25) pages in length without leave of a district court judge. 13 No reply memorandum shall exceed ten (10) pages without leave of a district court judge. 14 Briefs and memoranda exceeding ten (10) pages in length shall have a table of contents 15 and a table of authorities cited. 16 17 18 IT IS SO ORDERED.
