MIX This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Docket 184 Letter [Docket No. 185; Filed March 12, 2009] (the "Motion"). The Motion, which is largely

unintelligible, seeks to strike a pleading filed by a nonparty which protests Plaintiff's use of the nonparty's name in an unidentified pleading filed by Plaintiff. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has failed to articulate a justification for striking the pleading set forth in Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(f). Dated: March 16, 2009
