Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Defendants' Response to Motion for Hearing on Unopposed Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. #65, filed 2/1/08) is DENIED as moot, in light of the ruling on Plaintiff's Motion for Scheduling an Evidentiary Hearing above. Defendants' Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction is due by February 19, 2008. Plaintiff's Reply to Defendants' Response is due by February 28, 2008.
