ORDER granting 77 Unopposed Motion to Clarify. The original Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time 74 filed by Defendants requested this Court to grant an extension of time to file their response in opposition to Plaintiffs Documents Numbers 69 a nd 69 [sic]. In its Amended Order 76 , the Court granted that motion. Based on the new motion 77 the Court now understands that this was apparently a typgraphical error in Defendants original motion, and the Court hereby GRANTS Defendants Unoppose d Motion for Extension of Time To File Response In Opposition To Plaintiffs Objections to Minute Orders of Magistrate Judge Watanabe.
