In light of the March 20, 2009 Order, this case is proceeding on Mr. Archuleta's Amended Complaint (doc. # 24). (See doc. # 99). Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that a Preliminary Scheduling Conference is set on Friday May 1, 2009 at 9:15 a.m. in Courtroom A-402, Fourth Floor of the Alfred A.
