IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Second Amended and Supplemental
Complaint [Docket No. 194-1] and attached exhibits are accepted for filing as of the date
of this Minute Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the caption in this case is amended based on the
filing of the Second Amended Complaint to appear as it does at the top of this Minute
Order.
