It is, therefore, ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Judicial Intervention (Doc. # 120) and Motion for Leave To Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (Doc. # 121) are STRICKEN for lack of jurisdiction.
