ORDER This case is set for trial to jury for five days commencing at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 25, 2010, in Courtroom A801, Alfred A. Weinshienk is hereby set on Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at 2:30 p.m. in Courtroom A801, at which time any pending motions may be heard. It is FURTHER ORDERED that counsel shall read and comply with the procedures as outlined in the Civil Trial Procedures, Trial Check List, and Jury Instructions Memorandum posted under Judicial Officers' Procedures for Senior Judge Weinshienk on the Court's website at http://www.cod.uscourts.gov/.
