ORDER. Treating Wills motion as one made pursuant to Fed. R.Civ. P. 59(e), the Court GRANTS that motion and vacates the Courts earlier order dismissing this action with prejudice 32 . The case will again remain administratively closed until 1/3/20 10, or until such earlier time as the Court receives notice from the parties that the matter has been resolved. The Court will dismiss the action with prejudice on 1/3/2012, without further notice to the parties, unless the Court, prior to that date, receives a request from the parties to continue the status of the case as administratively closed.
