The discovery cut-off is extended to and including June 1, 2009. The dispositive motion deadline is extended to and including June 8, 2009. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Pretrial Conference set for June 1, 2009, is vacated and reset to July 22, 2009, at 9:30 a.m., in Courtroom A-401, Fourth Floor, Alfred A.
