ORDER This matter arises on two motions filed by the plaintiff: (1) Motion for New Service [Doc. #79, filed 2/17/09]; and (2) Motion for Status on Defendant McQueen [Doc. #102, filed 4/2/09] (the "Motions"). The plaintiff requests that defendant Matt McQueen be re-served at a new address. Defendant McQueen has waived service [Doc. #112]. Accordingly, 2 IT IS ORDERED that the Motions are DENIED AS MOOT.
