A M E N D E D ORDER TO DEPOSIT FUNDS INTO THE REGISTRY OF THE COURT T h e Court has considered the motion of Life Insurance Company of North A m e r i c a to deposit funds into the registry of the Court, and finds that good cause s u p p o r t s the granting of this motion, and T H E R E F O R E , THE COURT ORDERS that within fourteen days of this Order, L i f e Insurance Company of North America shall deposit the Plan Benefits, in the p r i n c i p a l amount of $29,250, plus interest accrued thereon, payable as a consequence of t h e death of the decedent into the Registry of this Court, which will then be subject to an a d d i t i o n a l order of this Court to be released as this Court shall direct.
