Plaintiff Stine's Request [Motion for] the Court Take Judicial Notice of Foster v. Runnels [filed July 7, 2009; docket #131] is denied as moot. Plaintiff Stine requests that the Court "read these two cases when considering Plaintiff's Request for TRO/Preliminary Injunction Motion (#19)." First, the motion found at docket #19 has been denied without prejudice. Second, the Plaintiffs have included, for the Court's consideration, the cases referenced in this motion in their renewed motion for TRO/Preliminary Injunction.
