For the same reasons set forth in this Court's August 3, 2009 order [docket #202], the Motion and Request to Take Judicial Notice Defendants as Retaliation for Instant Action have Discontinued Plaintiffs Prescribed Medication [filed August 5, 2009; docket #213], the Motion for Judicial Notice of Retaliation on 7/31/2009 Resulting Injury [filed August 5, 2009; docket #215], and the Motion for Order to Take Judicial Notice of Affidavits/Declaration of Dwane Mallet [filed August 6, 2009; docket #216] are denied. To the extent the Plaintiffs wish to supplement pending motions (the motions found at dockets #136, #137 and #170 are no longer pending) with additional evidence, they must do so by filing a motion requesting leave to supplement the pending motion with additional evidence. 2
