P. 26(c), a motion "must include a certification that the movant has in good faith conferred or attempted to confer with other affected parties in an effort to resolve the dispute without court action." Id.; see also D.C. Colo. LCivR 7.1A. Here, while Defendant describes the parties' communications regarding the scope of certain Rule 30(b)(6) depositions, there is no indication whether and to what extent (if known) the Plaintiff opposes the motion for protective order.
