That Lisa Guerra is withdrawn as counsel for the plaintiff. That the plaintiff's Motion to Withdraw as Attorney by Joseph B. Conder [#68] filed July 15, 2010, is GRANTED. That Joseph B. Conder is withdrawn as counsel for the plaintiff. That the defendants Motion for Sanctions Opposed [#66] filed July 15, 2010, is DENIED as MOOT. 9:44 a.m.
