Second Motion for Default Judgment, doc #[9], is DENIED AS MOOT. A Scheduling Conference is set for FEBRUARY 18, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. A Proposed Scheduling Order is due on or before FEBRUARY 12, 2010. The parties shall hold a Rule 26(f) conference on or before FEBRUARY 4, 2010. The parties shall provide Rule 26(a) disclosures on or before FEBRUARY 4, 2010. Mr. Stageman is directed to communicate these dates to counsel for Noreen Enterprises when they enter their appearance.
