Defendant Div of Adult Parole is dismissed as a party to this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (e)(2)(B)(iii). The Clerk of the Court is directed to remove Defendant Div. of Adult Parole as a party to this lawsuit. The only remaining Defendant is B. Curtis.
