OPINION AND ORDER DENYING 3 Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Petitioner Cody G. Carlsen's 3 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is DENIED. The Court GRANTS a Certificate of Appealability with regard to whether Mr. Carlsen was in primary federal custody after 05/11/2007 and, therefore, should have received credit against his federal sentence for this time spent in custody. The Clerk of Court shall enter judgment and close this case, by Judge Marcia S. Krieger on 01/12/2011. (wjc, )
