This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Sequence Proceedings
[Docket No. 207; Filed December 22, 2011] (the “Motion”). On March 26, 2012, Plaintiff
filed an Unopposed Motion for Preliminary Approval of Derivative Litigation Settlement, filed
as a Notice of Settlement [#251] (the “Notice”). In consideration of the Notice,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion [#207] is DENIED as moot.
