Attorneys’ Fees and Costs [111]; Defendants’ Motion for Attorneys’ Fees Relating to
Plaintiff’s State Law Claims [112]; and Defendants’ Motion to Stay Enforcement of Judgment
Pending Appeal [113] are moot.
